Feature Request: Limit available templates for child resources

Default would be all, but add an option field where you could list tpl id's making them the only templates a user could select for child resources. This would be per Collection view so different collections could have different tpl's available.

This has come up a few times with Clients, would be a great addition imo!

I have a similar solution in our newsletter add-on GoodNews but instead entering comma separated template ID lists, I solved this by restricting available templates to a selectable elements category.
