Have permission settings vor context menu items

It would be great if Collections would evaluate/provide custom permissions to configure fields like "Context menu items" or "Buttons", "allow bulk actions" etc.

This way we could have Collections show up differentiated between user groups. For example, allowing bulk actions or d&d may not be suitable for restricted user groups, but for developers. So if you do not have the permission "collections.allow_bulk_actions" the CMP won't show these then.

Another enhancement would be to have columns show up only for selected user groups...
