pdoMenu - active class not set correctly with weblinks

Having this exact issue (again) in MODX 2.8.5 / pdoTools 2.13.3 as well as in MODX 3.0.1 / pdoTools 3.0.2: #218

If a Weblink is set, only the linked child will lead to set the active-class for the parent.
