Why remove Angular related examples?

There are many users of the Angular framework, including myself. I think we need examples of Angular

None of the examples worked anymore, and I don't know how to fix them. They were also based on v1, so I removed them. If someone wants to add working examples, feel free.

I created the new Angular example with MF V2 It works nicely
