Add Next-14 example

I want to add an example of how to use module-federation with next 14.

@ScriptedAlchemy, there seems to be an issue with the NextFederationPluginOptions since I always get the following error when I want to start the server. Error: Compiling RuleSet failed: Expected condition but got falsy value

If I put the config into a separate variable, it seems that some options are not found. (although it is definitely there) Error: filename is not defined in NextFederation options

any advice?
