SOLUTION

The codec used is H.265 Maybe is better if you use a more standard H.264 format.

Describe the bug

This is what I can see in the home in Firefox.

In Chrome, I can listen the audio, but video is black.

It's weird, because the extension is mp4, but looks like the encoder used is not a standard one.
