Scrolling slow on mobile/ios. How to fix it

Same issue here. On Android phones, there is natural smooth scrolling. (Sliding have some momentum which finishes after the finger is left from the screen), but on iOS, the scrolling has no momentum and the sliding forcefully stops at the moment the finger is left from the screen.
