Unable to update any modpack "Error fetching project"

Describe the bug

Whenever I download a modpack, attempting to update it or downgrade it returns an "Error fetching project" no matter what computer or Operating System I use [Tested on one PC and two seperate Macs], there is nothing else that displays, just a blank screen with a red "An error occured: Error fetching project"

Steps to reproduce

1. Download a modpack
2. Press the Update button to change modpack version
3. Error fetching project

Expected behavior

1. Download a modpack
2. Press the Update button to change modpack version
3. The modpack update process begins
