fabric uploads do not autodetect snapshots

Is your suggested enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

example:

fabric loader has its own way of putting snapshots into semver format, and currently it doesn't seem like that is automatically detected.

Describe the solution you'd like

For this to work (semver snapshot dependencies being detected and filled in in the Game versions field) would be an ideal improvement.
