Ampersand in mrpack file causes error

Describe the bug Having an ampersand (&) in the modrinth file name causes an error when trying to upload said modpack file.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a modrinth pack file with an ampersand in it
  2. Try to upload said pack file
  3. Wait
  4. See error

Expected behavior Successful modpack file upload.
