Mod icon of any size/shape is accepted

Describe the bug The 100x100 minimum square requirements do not actually take effect. I used this image: which is 126x76.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a draft mod
2. Upload an image such as that found here as the mod icon
3. It does not care; no errors are thrown or anything, it just seems to accept it

Expected behavior It should actually follow the checks it says it does.

This issue has been transferred, as the validation has to happen on the server-side to be effective.
