Versions page breaks when there is no result for applied filters

Describe the bug

The versions page breaks when there is no result for applied filters. The "table" elements slide together. I found this on Mod Menu's versions page, but this could work everywhere if for a filter (or filter combination) no result is present.

Steps To Reproduce

This is how i've done it:

1. Go to Mod Menu.
2. Go to the versions page.
3. At the moment, you can reproduce this by applying these filters:
   • Versions: 1.19
   • Loader: Quilt

Expected behavior

The table elements on top keep their original spacing.
