It would be nice if the ad loading didn't push down content on the page
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now, when the ad loads, it causes content under it to jump downwards.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if the ad did not cause content below it on the page to move. Maybe space could be reserved (with idk, margins or something) so that inserting the ad element does not affect the height of the page, or maybe the ad HTML could always exist and the text is just inserted into it.

Additional context
EthicalAds publisher policy does say "The ad should not disrupt the natural reading flow of the page."; it's referring to ad placement here, but this is kinda related? 😛
I'm not sure this is really possible because I believe the ads can be multiple lines sometimes? Not certain though. When we switch to in-house ads, they won't have this problem however.
I think this can only be solved by telling the site, that it cant load anything, until the ad loads. It will load it at the same time and the content's position will remain constant.
