[FEATURE] Add compatibility with GNU LibreJS

For some free software enthusiasts, JavaScript presents a unique problem for dealing with code licensing. Right now, Knossos does not expose the information needed for systems such as GNU LibreJS to identify the JavaScript in Knossos as free software.

One of the solutions listed here should be sufficient to appease the license checks (at least for those components we own and which are free).

Describe alternatives you've considered

Doing nothing, which just leaves the issue unsolved.
