Auto link GitHub/GitLab issue/PR shorthand in markdown

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Whenever I'm copying the markdown from a github release to modrinth, if I tagged any issues/PRs using shorthand (eg. #5, gh-5), I have to spend several extra seconds manually adding the link to the markdown for it to work in modrinth, while github automatically links it. It would be a very minor qol boost if the frontend could automatically do it for me.

Have shorthand issue/PR references be automatically linked if the project has a valid repo/issues page set.
