Cannot remove truncated versions from file

Describe the bug

If more than 6 or so versions are specified for a file, subsequent versions cannot be removed without removing others first, as there is no way to list all selected versions in the UI - selecting the dropdown arrow simply opens the version selection combobox which only lists unselected versions.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Edit a file with more than 6 version targets
2. Attempt to remove a version that is not directly visible

Expected behavior

I expect it to be possible to view all listed versions so that I can remove specific ones directly.
