'About' user's window UI should be the same as org's

Here you can see that User's page has lot of free/irrationally used space, Report button seems bad and 'About' UI depends on browser's tab scale:
And Organization's page UI is good in all aspects and scales:

You're wrong, open User and Organization pages on PC and phone and check that the first is different and looks awful and the second is the same on both scales
Aren't you really seeing differences between these two 'About' UI's?
You mean the placement of the name? I don't think it's that bad but I see what you mean.
