Download Options button doesn't work when page scale is big enough

Describe the bug

'More Download Options' button doesn't work when page scale is big enough (like normal mobile mode):

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Modrinth App download page (https://modrinth.com/app)
2. You can use 'PC mode' or 'Emulate Device' functions if you want
3. Set the scale big enough (on smartphones it's ~100% and more, on PCs it's ~200% and more, depends on device)
4. Click on 'More Download Options' button several times
5. See that button doesn't work

Expected behavior

'More Download Options' button works always

This bug works both for vertical/horizontal screen orientation
