It is impossible to decrease an org member's monetisation weight without making them appear on the "project members" field under a project.

Describe the solution you'd like

A toggle for displaying org members under "project members".

Describe alternatives you've considered

Not displaying overridden members if they have the same title as in the org. Or allowing organisation's owner to also be displayed in that list as well as edit their own role's name.

Additional context

Trying to remove someone in an org (who by default has revenue weight over 0) from getting a project's revenue is impossible unless you want them appear separately in the list under a project.
