File uploaded for a new version of a project isn't kept after refreshing the page

Describe the bug

If you happen to refresh the Create Version page of a project before it's been published, the uploaded file is lost on refresh, without any way to re-upload it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new version of a resource pack (or presumably any project) by uploading the file
2. Refresh the Create Version page
3. See that the file is now lost

Expected behavior

If the file isn't possible to be kept throughout refreshes, there should at least be a button to re-upload the file if need be.

Seems like it's fixed and uploaded primary file saves correctly after page refreshing, you just need to wait some time (took 7 seconds for me)
