What parts of Modrinth is your feature request related too?

Modrinth.com website

Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.

I attempted to upload a ModLoader I started coding. Due to the fact, its a Java Application and packed to be installed for the official Launcher, it was rejected. (Well that's part of the reason, it counts as unsupported of course) It was recommended I put in an issue request for the idea. In short it would be nice to see an option for users to upload ModLoaders, while not as commonly created as mods, it would extend Modrinth's traffic/etc. With minecraft becoming unobfuscated, mod-loaders will likely become slightly more common. I suppose part of the issue is also the checkboxes for uploaded mods, which are currently set for only the already popular ModLoaders. There would need to be a way to also select that a mod is for an uploaded ModLoader instead of just the most popular long standing ones. I appreciate any consideration for the future as Modrinth is where I would like my ModLoader to be, beyond Github. I apologize if this is not formal enough :).

Best Regards - Partakith.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an option for ModLoader uploads that ties into the ability to search for mods. In short some way to search for mods and upload mods for uploaded ModLoaders via Modrinth.

Describe alternatives you've considered

If the modrinth team is slightly opposed to the preferred solution, allow external linking for this type of upload, such as I link to my github releases and can still "Post" my modloader to modrinth. Then give a clear third party download warning stating it is not modrinth (Like spigot/minecraft/etc do).
