'Minimize launcher' not working

Describe the bug

When enabling the 'Minimize launcher' option the launcher does not minimize when starting an instance.

Steps to reproduce

Enable the 'Minimize launcher' setting. Start an instance. Observe launcher NOT minimizing.

Expected behavior

When having this setting enabled I expect the launcher to minimize when running an instance.
