Weird Search Filter Behaviour

Describe the bug

It's best to describe how to reproduce the bug rather than describe it directly

Steps to reproduce

1. Pick a datapack that is also packaged as a mod (ex: Dungeons and Taverns)
2. Search for it on the mods page search bar
3. Pick 1.21.7 by itself, no other filters -> the datapack should pop up as intended
4. Pick server by itself, no other filters -> the datapack should pop up as intended
5. Pick both server and 1.21.7 -> the datapack somehow does not pop up despite both having a 1.21.7 version and being serverside

Expected behavior

For it to show the data pack which is packaged as a mod and has a 1.21.7 version and is serverside on the mods search page when server and 1.21.7 filters are picked

Additional context

It does show some other datapacks but not Dungeons and Taverns as you lower the version you select
