Can't Install a mod

Describe the bug

I installed a modpack called COBBLEVERSE. I was looking for other mods to add to it and found one called "Cobblemon Additions". I tried to install it - it appeared as installed, and I even checked the server content to confirm it was there. However, I couldn’t find it, so I tried reinstalling it, but it didn’t work. When I install the mod, it shows as installed, but when I refresh the page, it says "Install" again.
