Some versions have no files

Describe the bug

There are a few projects which have versions without any files. Here's a few examples:

• https://modrinth.com/mod/snowygui/version/0.0.1
• https://modrinth.com/mod/onebar/version/1.2.0
• https://modrinth.com/mod/slyde/version/1.4.0

Steps to reproduce

Click one of the links and see that the files section is completely empty.

Expected behavior

Every version should have at least a single file

Additional context

These mods also show no files in the API.
