Fabric Mods Not Auto-Updating in Quilt Instance

What operating systems are you seeing the problem on?

Describe the bug

I thought the 'Update All' button was great until I realized...

The Modrinth app dose not recognize a Fabric mod has an update in a Quilt instance.

This is incredibly annoying for large modpack developers (like myself) who don't have time to spend days updating hundreds of mod individually.
