Build error: process didn't exit successfully

I tried building from source using pnpm app:dev but I get an error when I reach the stage of compiling theseus_gui. I have no idea what this error is, as it's not very informative, despite its length. I will attach it in a .txt file to not clutter up the issue. This is when I ran the command a second time, so it used cached files already compiled.

I am running Ubuntu Noble LTS 24.04 on an arm64 host.
