Auto delete, can't download any modpack, (acess denied)

Hello, I have a HUGE problem, and I don't understand :
First, I have 4 profiles that I can modify, delete and add mods whatever I like But 99% of the time, when I want to download another profiles or create one, I do the same thing again, he start to create the profiles, install the mods, but after some times, he send that :

And delete everything files except the file how had everything...
Do you know what problem is ? I try :
- Open Modrinth with admin privileges
- Change direction files
- re-install Mordrinth
I never had that problem before, It happen' on day like that.
