💡 `Skip this update` or `Lock mod version` ability for mods

Problem:

In certain situations, a mod needs to be kept at a fixed version to prevent issues from occurring. This would be okay unless the mod in question were to be accidentally updated through the "Update All" button. ‎

Suggestion:

A simple way to fix this would be to include a way to permanently lock a mod's version, unless unlocked. Or by providing a way to skip the current pending update by hiding the update button and making the mod not updateable through the "Update all" button.

The reason as to why one would want to only skip one mod update is because in the future there can be a fix update that removes the need for a fixed mod version.
