Modpack page showing packs with no icons with no internet.

In the modpacks page in Browse, it is showing modpacks with no icons instead of saying it has found no connection.

Steps to reproduce
- Disconnect your internet.
- Go in browse on the app.
- Click on 'Modpacks'
- You see 'ghost modpacks' with no icon.
Expected behavior
I expected it to say that it has no internet connection

Do you mean installed modpacks doesn't shows icon or browsing some not installed?
Because you're offline and you have not installed Modpacks so that's why you can't see.

sure you are not going to see the icons, because you are not connected to the internet, modrinth loads icons directly from the internet. Its like trying to watch tv without electricity. BTW this is not an issue nor a bug, this is expected behaviour, so please close the isssue.
It is using its cached data. The results are cached, but not the icons, so that's why you get this. It should probably check for internet connection before using half-baked cache data
