Mod Filter Category "Data Pack" Missing

Describe the bug

I can only assume this is an oversight, so I'm making a bug report rather than a feature request. In the "mods" section, Data Packs packaged for modloaders show up tagged with the "Data Pack" category. However this category doesn't appear in the filters. I know you can go to the "Data Packs" section to filter for Data Packs specifically, but this leaves no way to filter by not Data Packs. This wasn't a problem before exclusion-filtering was added, but now it is.
