Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.

We only have a few options for themes such as: Light, Dark Oled.

Describe the solution you'd like

• ✨️ // Ability for the community to create Custom Themes for the Modrinth App (and website?) just like Prism Launcher!
• 🧪 // Darker Oled (if that's possible)

Describe alternatives you've considered

• 🔧// Section on the website or Forum in the Discord for uploading custom themes made by the Modrinth Community.

Additional context

English isn't my main language incase you see typos. (Arabic is) also this is a duplicate of #564, but he said HE wants to create custom themes, I wanna see the community contribute to the Modrinth App/Website.
