Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.

I have an issue with Distant Horizons 2.2.0 wanting to use Iris 1.8 which is not compatible with Minecraft 1.20.4. For some reason DH mod author won't set the minimum version and thus has disabled my "update all" functionality.

Add a lock button to the app entries to disable updates to the mod.

You could also call this "Mod version locking" or "Prevent automatic updates to this mod".

This would be amazing to have! I dont know how many times ive auto-updated one of my quilt profiles, only for some of the fabric mods in there to update to older outdated quilt versions.
