Let users manually refresh the app database (and have it auto-refresh sometimes).

Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.
If users need to manually transfer profiles around (from an old version of the app, or something else), then the app isn't able to detect said instances/profiles.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a Refresh button that will force-refresh the app's database file, so profiles/instances added/removed manually from the app's profiles folder won't cause issues.
Also have the app auto-refresh the database once in a while (this could be a setting, though what the min-max values would be I'm not sure).
Prism does something similar to this when you check for mod updates as well. If you modify the mods folder and check for updates, it refreshes its mod list file/json/whatever and will update the list of mods in its UI.

Many many users have complained about their stuff not showing up in the app, and this would fix it.
