File drag & drop into project is broken

What operating systems are you seeing the problem on?

Describe the bug

Dragging files like a mod or resource pack into the instance screen does no longer adds this file to the instance like before. Nothing happens while releasing the mouse key. The indicator that files can be dragged is still there.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate into an instance
2. Drag a file from somewhere on the Modrinth window
3. Look up the file

Expected behavior

The file that is dragged into the instance screen is added to the mods/resource-packs/shader/data-pack folder, depending on their type.

Additional context

The expected behavior worked a few versions before the current release but stopped working in the last release. I'm unsure if data-packs were correctly placed before.

Reloading the instance page after dragging the file in is not a fix as the file isn't copied/moved at all
