Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.
Reason: I recently made a collection for a person who uploaded a YouTube video and decided to make a collection to Modrinth site of the mods highlighted and it occurred to me that it would be cool to have (Community collections) Features: Adding a feature to transfer ownership of a collection to another user, or create a a feature to add like roles/group to edit a collection together, thus allowing groups to make their community "Modpack" It would be important to make sure no rules would be broken with transferring ownership, so a accept feature to allow the transfer of ownership would have to be made so you can't upload illegal content and then force a new owner
