Bullet Points/lists on rules page lacks spacing between each list entry

Notice how each bullet point has no spacing from the previous one.

Go to the cheats part of the rules page: https://modrinth.com/legal/rules

Expected behavior

The mod description page has spacing between each bullet point as shown here:

Is this actually a bug? I'm not sure almost doubling the length of the rules is the best

No spacing between bullet points makes it very difficult to tell when one rule starts and one ends because it just looks like one large paragraph block. It’s bad for readability
