Cant tell what i manually added vs what i downloaded from modrinth app in launcher

Currently, when updating mods in the app I can't tell what mods were added to the mod folder vs what mods I added manually.

It would be nice if there was a setting you could turn on to see which mods/ shaders or data packs were added manually. it could sit next to the version info as seen below.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Maybe instead of text saying it was manually added, you can use an icon next to the things that were added as shown in the picture below.

Additional context

The main reason for this is so that when I go and update mods when a new version comes out I am able to see which ones ill need to manually find that aren't on modrinth yet.
