MacOS Close/Quitting App

Is your suggested enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

MacOS handles closing apps differently than Windows computers. Hitting the red x on a Mac should not close the app. It should close just the window.

On a mac, hitting the red x closes the app window, but keeps the app running in the background
