The Microsoft sign in popup is forced to foreground

Describe the bug

When trying to log in with the Microsoft account, the popup window is on the foreground and can't be brought to the background. If it's maximized, doing Alt + Tab will change nothing

Steps to reproduce

Just sign in the Microsoft account

Expected behavior

The sign in popup should be able to be brought to background.
