latest.log cut off when crashing

Describe the bug

If the game crashes, the latest.log is often cut off. Edit: It appears to cut off the exception and everything after

Steps to reproduce

1. Crash the game

Expected behavior

The full log, including errors, should be available.

I like to help in the Fabric Development server, but many people come with logs that are missing information. Server logs simply don't have the stopping server or an exception at the end. This has been known for a while in the Fabric server, but I wasn't able to find a report about it. I'll send people here when it comes up so that system information and app info can be gathered.
