Cant repair/install/remove

Describe the bug

i installed modrinth it installed to the wrong location, i need it on E:/ not C:/ i tried uninstalling it and now i cant open or remove it at all, all i did was close the app and reopen the installer when i open the installer again all that shows is remove, repair should not be greyed out,

Steps to reproduce

open modrinth import from at launcher close modrinth try and open the app, it doesnt have an icon and looks deleted but is installed open installer click remove

Expected behavior

removing modrinth or being able to repair it or being able to open it again

Additional context

i get an error 2755

i found a short cut that opens but i cant install anything
