Dependencies of dependencies not downloaded

Describe the bug

When downloading a mod with required dependencies, it will download these dependencies. If a dependency has required dependencies, too, they will not be downloaded.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new instance (in my case Forge 1.20.1)
2. Download a mod with dependencies with dependencies (in my case "Botanical Machinery" -> "Botania" -> "Patchouli")
3. Start game and get message that dependencies are missing

Expected behavior

I expect that dependencies of dependencies will be downloaded automatically, too.
