Per Instance Discord RPC disablement

Is your suggested enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

Modrinth will always show its own RIch Presence over any mod's, but I'd like to not fully disable Modrinth's RIch Presence because some/most instances/modpacks may not have a Discord RPC mod

Describe the solution you'd like

Id like for there to be a setting per instance to make modrinth disable its Discord RPC, because some instance may have a Discord RPC integration mod while other may not, so id like to mark specific instances that have Discord RPC mods

Id use this in my wynncraft instance so wynntils's more specific Discord RPC can take over Id also use this option on any modpacks ive added CraftPresence to (and enable it on any modpack that has a Discord RPC mod) This setting should also be saved when a instance is exported into a .mrpack

Wouldn’t it be better to have Modrinth’s rich presence have a lower priority than any rich presence from the game itself, if that’s possible?
