Add support for Sinytra Connector

I would like to be able to install Fabric mods on a Forge instance from the launcher when i have Sinytra connector installed.

Whenever Sinytra Connector is detected in a instance, allow installation of Fabric mods to that instance.

Installing Fabric mods on a Forge instance manually.

Just use the "override loader" button when searching mods.

Installing Fabric mods isn't such a big problem due to the presence of the override loader button However, when it comes to updating these mods, problems begin here, since this can only be done manually. You also need to know the name of each Fabric mod (although okay, this is far-fetched). Well, or it remains to get out and create a dummy modpack just to put all the Fabric mods from the main one there.
