I dont believe this is a major bottleneck in classloading speed. I should have benchmarked this before creating the issue.
Fabric API now does this, I dont think this should be a loom thing.
I believe this issue was solved with the classloader rework. You can now mixin/transform most client and server libraries.
Closing this issue as I dont think there is anything else for loom to do.
I dont think think is something we are going to change. You shouldnt realise all of the tasks at once.
