Port to 1.19

Port to latest minecraft version. Probably could need some more testing, though.

@DarkShadow44 any chance you're working on a 1.19 port? I've been trying on my own but it's been a long time since I've done any serious work in Java, and migrating to the new networking framework has me seriously out of my depth.
