Parent is "0" when not set on update

Please leave parent untouched when in update mode AND parent is not set in the CSV file.

I agree, re-entering all the parent IDs on an "update" is quite time consuming; it would be good if the plugin can maintain parent IDs if that value is not being updated.

Furthermore, it would be great to only do an update on the fields passed, and to leave the other fields alone. I have a use case where a client wants to import a CSV with updated information, but I don't want to replace all the existing values.
