FYI - CSV file requirements

It may be obvious to some, but the csv file needs to comply with some standards. Both Excel and Open Office calc produce csv files, and these csv files will not work, because they insist on using single quotes or double quotes to denote text (as opposed to numbers, I presume).

Watch out for extra blank lines in the csv file after the main data - these will cause the "element count do not match" error message to appear.

I used Notepad++ to clean up csv files produced by both Excel and Calc.
