Add command package:dump

Or similar, that will save all current installed packages to gitify config.

Useful for existing sites, when we should fix current state of site for replacing.

Should be implemented after task, that allow run installation with flag --save.

It would be really nice to export the current packages. So I don't have to remember adding new ones to the gitify config.
